Yee Leng Xiong has served on the Marathon County Board of Supervisors since 2016 and is treasurer of the D.C. Everest School Board. He previously served as a village trustee in Weston and as executive director of the Hmong American Center. He has also served on the Governor's Council on Financial Literacy. He won the August 11, 2026 Democratic primary for treasurer over Dylan Helmenstine (57.2% to 42.8%).
