About
Gwen Moore of Milwaukee is the longest-serving member of Wisconsin's congressional delegation, first elected in 2004. She is the first Black person elected to Congress from Wisconsin. Before Congress she served in the Wisconsin State Assembly and State Senate. She sits on the House Ways and Means Committee.
